Information about the new site

Hi everyone,

We have lots of changes happening at NERO Grand Rapids!!! First we have a new site, The Van Buren Youth Camp. With the new site we did have to change the pricing but its for the better as we have a much nicer site with lots more room and NO HILL OF DOOM! Along with the new site, Jaime (Ephany) will be taking over the tavern. I am sure she will be posting a menu with costs before the event. With this being said, all plot, npc's and players will be responsible for purchasing their own meals.

The cabins do have electricity however there are no outlets. We are able to bring the attachments to screw into the light bulb sockets in order to plug other things (they are not supplied). Each cabin will sleep 8 or 9 (4 bunk beds with a cot for the 9th person). The tavern area has bathrooms but no showers. We will have limited access to a shower. We also have a water front that we can use however we cannot use the canoes unless we have a life guard on site but we can have water mods without the canoes!

We have lots of space and some people have asked about tents. We can have tents! There are not designated spots for tents however I am sure we will find the perfect spot(s).

If someone gets lifeguard training does that count or must it be a camp lifeguard?

for us to use the boats we need a certified lifeguard does not have to be from the camp but must have a certification with them so you can show it to the camp.

however as John stated we still have the use of the lake which will be in game so if anybody wishes to bring swim attire or water friendly costuming feel free
