New Policy regarding cheating , with PC's coming to us and asking for something to be done because they themselves are getting tired of seeing people cheating and unnecessarily abusing NPC/PC in combat local chapters discussed and will be implementing. Does not matter if you are a player, part of NPC camp or owners, everyone is being held accountable.
1st = verbal warning (( No card - shared with chapters )) -first a verbal warning with explanation
2nd = verbal warning with consequence of temporary ban (( Yellow Card ))
3rd = temporary ban - third an Orange card temporary ban 1-6 games pending on situation.
4th = ban from all local games (( Red Card ))
I know this seems harsh with only 4 steps but with this causing problems with other players, the other players will appreciate that something is being done. The person hitting too hard or cheating will get the picture quickly.

What we are finding as Chapter owners from our chapter and others, is that people are beginning to notice a trend of cheating. Here is a small list of examples:
Over casting, calling spells you do not have , you have a 4 pyramid yet cast like you have a unlimited spells. Rhino Hiding, not taking hits.
Over Swinging, calling damage you are not able to swing. Another that would fall into this category would be physically swinging too hard (hard enough to cause welts or other personal damage).
Do not get me wrong, we ALL mess up in the heat of combat...but some few do it on purpose, as if they have to always win.
Another chapter had 2 young lady's stop NPC'ing because of it and when they asked a few people to please stop, they got crappy reply's. We will NOT allow PC's to ruin the game at Nero Kzoo, Nero Grand Rapids and Nero Detroit. We hope the people who are always cheating and getting a kick out of smacking NPC's will think twice now.
