That said though, you can carry as many things as you like. You can walk around with an entire armory hugged to your chest if you want. But anything that hits them hits you.

You do not take damage if you block with your shield. You cannot use the bow. You do take damage if you are hit in the bow. Holding a 2 handed weapon in one hand does not make the other hand useless. You just take damage if your free hand is not open if you block with a two-handed weapon with only one hand.

Just to be clear on the question about arrow packets. You cannot hit the head, hand or groins just like other weapons. Also shots that would not have hit the person that only hit a cloak or hat do not count as well.

I believe that a slight clarification should be added too: If you deliberatly block a packet with your hand that was going to hit your healer, for instance, you would still take the damage.

Agreed, I personally take any hit to my hands if I am not holding my weapon or shield. I assume they were not aiming for my hands and thus I should not penalize them for that as I move my hands around.
